Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on servicing and repair of water treatment equipment including water softeners.
- Conduct refurbishment and installation works to ensure optimal system performance.
- Engage in breakdown fault finding and rectification to minimize downtime.
- Undertake routine maintenance servicing, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Respond to emergency callouts, providing timely solutions and support.
- Document all work activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven plumbing experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of chlorine dioxide dosing systems.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a water treatment role.
- Enhanced DBS check preferred for safety compliance.
- Full driving license is required due to travel demands of the position.
